We're looking for a detail-oriented and motivated professional to join a growing, supportive mortgage broking team based in Melbourne's eastern suburbs. While the role is primarily remote, occasional face-to-face catch-ups in the office will help keep the connection strong and the workflow smooth.

💼 Role Overview: As a Loan Processor, you'll play a key role in managing the loan application journey from submission through to settlement. You'll be the backbone of the team, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and brokers.

🔍 What You'll Be Doing:

• Preparing and lodging loan applications
• Liaising with lenders, brokers, and clients to manage milestones
• Following up on required documentation and compliance checks
• Providing regular updates to clients on application progress
• Supporting the broker(s) to deliver a professional and efficient service

✅ What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in loan processing (ideally 2+ years)
• Strong knowledge of residential lending practices and lender platforms
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• A self-starter who’s comfortable working independently and remotely
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with software like ApplyOnline, Broker CRM systems, or similar is a plus
