About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Front Row Financial Management as a Commercial Credit Analyst. This full-time position is based in Morningside, Queensland and will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of our business.

What you'll be doing

• Analyse and assess applications for commercial mortgage loans

• Conduct thorough financial and risk evaluations of potential borrowers

• Liaise with clients, collect supporting documentation, and prepare detailed credit reports

• Collaborate with the lending team to structure loan proposals that meet client needs

• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and lending policies

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of credit assessment processes

What we're looking for

• Tertiary qualification in finance, accounting, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in commercial credit analysis or a similar role

• Strong understanding of the mortgage and commercial lending industry

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in using credit assessment and loan management software including Excel
