Lending Analyst

We're looking for an exceptional Lending Analyst to join our dynamic Melbourne or Brisbane based team.

As a Lending Analyst, you'll manage a pipeline of New and existing customer reverse mortgage applications, guiding them from application through to approval. This includes conducting detailed credit assessments and making decisions within your Delegated Credit Authority. Your approach will be characterised by diligence, speed, and proactive engagement with prospective borrowers.

You're deeply customer-focused with a background in Credit. You excel in interpersonal interactions, navigating diverse personalities with confidence. You collaborate effectively with your team-mates and across departments to achieve great outcomes.
As team player, you'll have:
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ideally, a tertiary qualification in a business-related discipline.
A proven ability to innovate and think creatively to solve challenges.
Strong skills in building and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
A commitment to customer-centric practices, ensuring the best outcomes for our clients.
