  • Provide leadership, coaching, and oversight to the credit assessment team

  • Approve escalated or complex applications beyond delegated credit authority

  • Represent the credit function in board or leadership meetings and contribute to strategic business planning

  • Partner with Sales, Collections and Risk on end-to-end credit cycle improvements, including hardship and loss mitigation strategies

What You Bring

  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the balance between credit risk and growth

  • Experience with credit analytics, portfolio performance reporting, and credit automation tools

  • High attention to detail with a data-driven and improvement-focused mindset

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present to exec teams or boards

What We Offer

  • Leadership role in a fast-growing digital lending business

  • Direct influence on credit strategy, policy, and technology enablement

  • Collaborative team environment with strong growth and investment outlook
