As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a passionate Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be on the frontline-welcoming new customers, answering enquiries, and ensuring every interaction is smooth, helpful, and human.
What you’ll be doing:
Be the first point of contact for new and existing customers via phone, email, and chat
Guide new customers through their onboarding journey with care and clarity
Explain loan products, eligibility, and next steps in plain, confident language
Troubleshoot and resolve queries efficiently, always aiming for first-contact resolution
Capture feedback and insights to help improve our customer experience
Maintain accurate records in our CRM and adhere to compliance protocols
Work with internal teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery
What we’re looking for:
Customer service experience, ideally in financial services
A natural communicator who listens, understands, and responds with empathy
Ability to simplify complex information and make customers feel supported
Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
Comfortable navigating digital systems and working in a fast-paced setting
A genuine interest in improving the customer journey and advocating for client needs
