As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a passionate Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be on the frontline-welcoming new customers, answering enquiries, and ensuring every interaction is smooth, helpful, and human.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Be the first point of contact for new and existing customers via phone, email, and chat

  • Guide new customers through their onboarding journey with care and clarity

  • Explain loan products, eligibility, and next steps in plain, confident language

  • Troubleshoot and resolve queries efficiently, always aiming for first-contact resolution

  • Capture feedback and insights to help improve our customer experience

  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM and adhere to compliance protocols

  • Work with internal teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery

What we’re looking for:

  • Customer service experience, ideally in financial services

  • A natural communicator who listens, understands, and responds with empathy

  • Ability to simplify complex information and make customers feel supported

  • Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail

  • Comfortable navigating digital systems and working in a fast-paced setting

  • A genuine interest in improving the customer journey and advocating for client needs
