Job Summary
We’re looking for a Creative Senior Social Media Specialist who lives and breathes content. Someone who can turn everyday moments, questions and ideas into engaging, relatable content that people actually want to watch, share and talk about.

In this role, you’ll help shape how Rize shows up across social platforms from Instagram and TikTok to YouTube Shorts and beyond. You’ll ideate, write, script, film and appear in short-form content that makes people stop scrolling, think, smile and engage. You’re comfortable on camera, quick with ideas, and deeply plugged into internet culture. You understand what makes content shareable, what makes people laugh, and what makes them hit “follow”.

Most importantly, you know how to think creatively and write creatively. You can turn a simple topic into a clever hook, a strong story, or a memorable line that resonates with audiences.

What will you be doing?

• Develop and execute a social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube.

• Monitor and follow trends to create engaging, timely content.

• Oversee posting schedules, community management, and replying to comments/messages.

• Collaborate with the Content Creator and design team to ensure consistent brand identity and messaging.

• Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and boost engagement.

• Support marketing campaigns and product launches with platform-specific strategies.

• Stay up to date with emerging platforms, features, and best practices.

You're a perfect match if you have

• 2–4 years of experience in social media and content creation.

• Strong creative thinking and creative writing skills, with the ability to turn simple ideas into compelling content.

• Comfortable and confident appearing on camera with a natural presence.

• Deep understanding of social media culture, trends and storytelling formats.

• Strong collaboration skills when working with designers, marketers and brand teams.

• Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple content streams and timelines.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where ideas move quickly.

• Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics, using insights to refine and improve content.

• Strong cultural awareness of the Saudi market, with the ability to create content that feels relevant, relatable and on brand.
