Responsibilities:
Participate in new product design meetings to drive analog and digital DFT techniques into new designs;
Develop and implement high-speed test solutions at package and/or wafer level for new products on the Advantest V93000 test platform, including both software and hardware;
Work with a cross-functional product team to assess and evaluate new designs and provide feedback based on ATE test results;
Support product qualification by developing reliability screening solutions to evaluate device performance during life testing;
Collaborate with the Product Engineering to complete ATE characterization to ensure the robustness of IC designs and test solutions;
Deploy the solutions to our far-shore OSATs and support the ramp-up to full production;
Hold periodic test review meetings with key stakeholders on project teams;
Conduct ongoing test time and yield improvements to drive continuous margin improvement;
Minimum Qualifications:
Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar discipline;
At least 8 years experience in ATE semiconductor testing; V93000 experience preferred
Experience in testing high-speed mixed signal ICs.
Experience in bring-up and support of solutions in offshore test locations;
Knowledge of high-speed PCB design concepts and experience in schematic level hardware design
