Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Intern who is currently in their senior year of college. This internship provides an exciting opportunity to engage in multiple facets of talent acquisition. You will play an integral role in supporting the team’s efforts to drive talent acquisition strategies, develop relationships with university partners, and support our recruitment initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • University Relations Coordination: Develop and manage relationships with university career centers and student organizations across North America and Europe. Assist in the coordination and execution of university recruitment events, including job fairs, and information sessions.

  • New Hire Summit Coordination: Support the planning, logistics, and execution of new hire summits and onboarding events, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all new hires. Assist in scheduling and coordinating speakers, activities, and materials.

  • Invoicing & Vendor Relations: Assist with invoicing processes related to recruitment events and vendor partnerships. Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers for recruitment-related activities.

  • Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment data, including sourcing effectiveness, time-to-fill, and other key performance indicators. Provide regular reports to the Talent Acquisition team and leadership to drive process improvements.

  • Sourcing & Interview Scheduling: Source candidates for open positions using a variety of platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, networking) and assist in scheduling interviews. Ensure seamless communication between candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers.

  • Support Special Projects: Assist in various special projects related to recruitment, such as employer branding and process optimization. Provide administrative support to the team as needed, including preparing materials and conducting research.

  • Collaboration: Working cross functioning with many different groups internally and externally to ensure the recruitment process is running smoothly and meet the organization's hiring needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Currently a Senior in College (pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field).

  • Strong interest in talent acquisition, recruitment marketing, and university relations.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented and data-driven, with the ability to create reports and analyze recruitment metrics.

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.

  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with vendor relations, invoicing, or University Relations initiatives

  • Familiarity with HR software/tools (Workday).
