Talent Acquisition Coordinator

NOTE: This is a 3-6-month contractual position with a fixed monthly salary.
Responsibilities:
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and gather job requisition details.
• Create and maintain job requisitions in the Workday HRIS system.
• Post and manage job advertisements across recruitment platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job boards).
• Proactively source qualified candidates through various channels including Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Review resumes and present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers for consideration.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring seamless communication between candidates and interview panels.
• Track interview progress and gather feedback from all stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with selected candidates to obtain necessary documentation for offer generation.
• Facilitate smooth onboarding by providing new hires with required documentation and checklists.
• Develop and maintain recruitment dashboards and generate weekly progress reports.
• Ensure data integrity in candidate tracking systems and recruitment databases.
Minimum Qualifications:
• MBA/PGDM in HR.
• 0-1 of relevant experience in HR or recruitment.
Desired Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with strong interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of HRIS systems (Workday experience preferred).
• Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities.
