We’re looking for a skilled Embedded Wireless Engineer with a solid grounding in signal processing to help us design, implement, and optimize next-generation wireless protocols and systems. What You’ll Do

• Design and implement MAC and network layer protocols for LoRa®, BLE, FLRC, and LR-FHSS.
• Develop and optimize signal-processing algorithms (modulation, demodulation, synchronization, error correction — even machine-learning-based approaches).
• Work across RF, firmware, and hardware teams to deliver robust, low-power wireless performance.
• Simulate, model, and validate system behavior using MATLAB, Python, and C/C++.
• Research emerging standards and prototype new ideas to enhance scalability and coexistence.

What You Bring

• Master’s degree (or higher) in Electrical, Computer, or Telecommunications Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in PHY-layer development or optimization.
• Strong knowledge of wireless systems, signal processing, and embedded software.
• Hands-on experience with LoRa®, BLE, FLRC, or LR-FHSS is a plus.
