China Distribution Manager

Responsibilities:
Build and maintain excellent rapport with key distribution partners, providing timely and professional support (pricing, supply coordination, samples, program execution, etc.)
Lead business planning with distributors, including target setting, quarterly business reviews, and corrective actions to ensure revenue, booking, and design-win goals are met
Work closely with distributor sales teams to expand market coverage, identify new opportunities, and promote the company’s full portfolio of solutions
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, FAEs, BD, Product Line Managers, Operations) to deliver strong channel support and exceed customer expectations
Drive execution of channel programs, incentive schemes, and promotional activities to maximize distributor engagement and performance
Provide market insights, competitive intelligence, and feedback from distributors to influence regional sales strategies and product positioning
Regularly report on distributor performance metrics, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of experience in the semiconductor, electronics, or related technology industry.
At least 3 years of distribution/channel management experience in China.
Strong negotiation, relationship management, and conflict resolution skills.
Deep understanding of the Chinese electronics distribution ecosystem, including major distributors, local design houses, and manufacturing customers.
Professional, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English; able to deliver presentations and lead discussions.
Willing and able to travel frequently across China.
Desired Qualifications:
Master degreed MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Proven track record of managing top-tier distributors and achieving revenue and design-in growth.
Experience in developing and executing channel programs, incentive structures, and promotional campaigns.
Ability to define and execute channel strategies, set measurable objectives, and drive accountability with partners.
Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative team player able to work independently.
