What You'll Be Part Of

Depending on your background and interests, you may align to one of our core engineering disciplines:

• Product Definition — translating standards and customer requirements into product concepts that solve real problems
• Analog, Digital & Firmware Design — architecting and implementing the silicon that defines industry performance benchmarks
• Validation — owning device-level verification with deep product intimacy and technical rigour
• Applications Engineering — bridging silicon capability to real-world systems through fitness-to-application testing, collateral, and hands-on customer support
• Quality & Reliability — ensuring long-term field performance and leading root cause investigations in customer platforms
• Product & Test Engineering — driving test strategy, yield optimization, and data-driven quality at production scale
• Marketing & Business Development — technically fluent roles that shape product vision, roadmap, and customer engagement strategy
• Commercial Sales & Field Applications — customer-facing engineering roles that win by understanding challenges and delivering solutions, not just products

What We're Looking For

Across all disciplines, the engineers who thrive here share a common profile:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field (advanced degree an asset)
• A bias toward solving problems rather than describing them
• Comfort operating at the intersection of theory and real-world application
• Strong communication skills — you can explain complex ideas to a customer, a colleague, or a cross-functional team with equal clarity
• Curiosity about how the full system works, not just your slice of it
• Experience in high-speed serial interfaces, signal integrity, optical interconnect, or semiconductor design is a strong asset depending on the role
