This isn't just about setting up accounts; it's about becoming a trusted partner and guide for our clients. You'll be the expert they rely on to navigate our industry-leading omni-channel marketing platform, ensuring they not only get started but also unlock the full potential of our technology.
What You’ll Do
- Be the Expert: Dive deep into the Skai platform, becoming a master of all our products and integrations. You'll be the go-to technical lead for a portfolio of clients.
- Lead the Way: Own the entire technical onboarding journey, from analyzing and understanding the requirements to meticulous project management and successful implementation. You'll anticipate challenges and proactively guide clients through every step.
- Build Partnerships: Work hand-in-hand with our Sales and Client Success teams to manage expectations, solve complex challenges, and ensure our clients' projects are delivered on time and with exceptional results.
- Drive Excellence: Take ownership of every detail, from crafting detailed project plans to rigorous QA and documentation. You'll constantly seek out better, more efficient ways of working, leveraging your passion for automation.
- Collaborate for Success: Partner with other Onboarding Managers, Technical Account Managers, and other internal teams to share insights, feedback and success stories contributing to our collective growth.

What You’ll Need
- Experience: 2 - 4 years of client-facing experience in digital marketing, with a background in a technical or trafficking role like paid search management or ad operations.
- Technical Chops: Hands-on familiarity with web technologies, tracking standards, and the ad tech landscape. You should be comfortable explaining complex topics to a non-technical audience.
- Project Management Acumen: A natural talent for organization and a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, consistently delivering on time, on budget, and with outstanding results.
- Curiosity & Drive: A desire to constantly learn, solve new problems, and find smarter ways to get things done. You're an entrepreneurial self-starter with a natural curiosity and a passion for making an impact.
- Education: A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
We are hybrid for the long term - with a great home/ office work mix (three days in office per week), passionate and diverse team members, and a vibrant company culture.
The annual salary range for this position is $80,000-90,000. The actual salary will vary depending on the applicants experience, skills and abilities as well as internal equity and market data. This position is also eligible for additional quarterly bonus compensation through one of Skai’s highly attractive incentive plans, full details will be provided during the recruitment process.
