What will you do?
As the Director of AI Enablement, you will be a key executive leader, visionary, and the driving force behind the adoption and integration of cutting-edge AI technologies across Skai. Your mission is to head an engineering and innovation group that keeps the company at the absolute forefront of the AI revolution, systematically leveraging GenAI, automation, and agentic workflows to radically accelerate our organizational velocity and capabilities.
We are looking for an experienced group manager, someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, a bold vision, and the executive leadership skills to drive AI-stack change. Leading a talented group of engineering specialists, you will act as our chief scout and architect for internal AI innovation. You will evaluate emerging AI tools in the market, discover what truly works, listen closely to our employees' workflows, and lead the end-to-end implementation of AI solutions that redefine how Skai operates.
As part of your work you will be responsible for:
- Group Leadership & People Management: Direct, mentor, and scale a high-performing group (including pod leads and specialists), fostering innovation and execution excellence.
- Drive Skai’s AI Strategy & Vision: Define the high-level roadmap to embed GenAI and advanced AI tooling into our day-to-day operations and ecosystems.
- Entrepreneurial Project Execution: Act as a "builder" - conceptualizing raw ideas into concrete AI projects and pushing them from fast PoCs to full operational deployment. Continuously research global AI tools and autonomous agent frameworks.
- Listen to Our Teams & Identify Needs: Partner with internal teams to understand workflows and bottlenecks, turning feedback into actionable AI initiatives that boost efficiency.
- Cross-Functional & Matrix Leadership: Drive AI adoption and cultural transformation by building alignment across R&D, Product, Operations, and Business units.
Requirements
- Proven Management & Leadership Experience: 5+ years managing a group of technical teams or individuals.
- Deep AI Tech-Savviness & Scouting: 2+ years working closely with AI concepts. Must have a strong practical understanding of GenAI, prompt engineering, and agentic orchestration (context layers, tools, guardrails), with a proven ability to evaluate external tools.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset & "Can-Do" Drive: Track record of taking full ownership of ambiguous initiatives and independently turning a high-level vision into execution.
- Organizational Scaling & Strategic Alignment: Track record of scaling engineering/innovation groups, aligning resources with business goals, and working with platform engineering at scale.
- Exceptional Communication: Outstanding skills to listen to internal needs on one hand, and articulate complex AI roadmaps to non-technical global executives on the other.
- Experience in Global SaaS/High-Tech Companies: Highly preferred. Experience navigating fast-paced, evolving environments focused on rapid development and agile methodologies.
