About the role
Our Fleet Administrator will sit in our Fleet team and will be responsible for all document administration and registration of vehicles within the Splend business and councils (including but not limited to, MOTs, Insurance, tax etc.) as well as supporting audits by maintaining up to date systems. This junior role, based out of our Aldgate, London office, is ideal for someone with a passion for administration and a keen desire to step up and learn new skills. You will be joining a supportive team who will give you on the job training.

Responsibilities

  • Managing registrations
  • Assisting the process of purchasing and disposals of our fleet
  • Processing Invoices
  • Organising transport for vehicles
  • Booking appointments
  • Communicating with our Hubs to make sure all admin for vehicles is correct and updated
  • Keeping records of all vehicle tracking devices
  • Dealing with queries via emails, tickets and phone
  • Filing court documents
  • Cross departmental coordination

What you'll bring

  • Experience working in a fast-paced administration role
  • Experience in PCN’s and speeding fines process (highly desirable)
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Attention to detail, especially when handling compliance and vehicle logs
  • Good Excel knowledge and fleet software (highly desirable)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of vehicle operations, PCO regulations, and basic mechanical terms (highly desirable)
