About the role
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Operations team based out of our Sydney CBD office. This role plays a key part in delivering operational initiatives that support our commercial growth, site expansion, and cost reduction strategy. You’ll coordinate projects across multiple teams, from new hub openings and supplier onboarding to logistics optimisation and security improvements.
This role is ideal for someone who is process-driven, commercially minded, and excited by the challenge of a fast-paced, scale-up environment. Coming from a startup/scale up environment, mobility, retailor warehousing and logistics would be highly advantageous for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end execution of site relocations, hub launches, and market expansions
  • Support the delivery of fit-outs, contractor onboarding, and on-site infrastructure, including security and tech setups
  • Document and standardise processes, templates, and playbooks to ensure operational consistency and scalability
  • Work cross-functionally to integrate B2B suppliers, streamline driver logistics, and improve resource utilisation
  • Assist with planning and execution of special projects across commercial, fleet, and operations teams
  • Identify and support initiatives that drive cost reduction, automation, and efficiency gains
  • Track project timelines, budgets, and milestones, ensuring delivery aligns with business goals
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve blockers and communicate progress transparently

What you’ll bring

  • 2–4 years’ experience in project coordination, operations, or logistics, preferably in a scaleup, mobility, or retail environment
  • Experience supporting property, fit-out, or supplier-led projects is (highly desirable)
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple fast-moving projects
  • Lean six sigma certified (desirable)
  • A process-driven mindset with a natural ability to spot inefficiencies and implement scalable improvements
  • Experience with Project Management tools such as Trello or Microsoft Project
  • Great communication skills and the confidence to collaborate across teams
  • A hands-on, solutions-focused attitude and eagerness to learn by doing
