About the role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist role presents as an exciting opportunity for someone looking to either move internal from agency or who is already working in a fast paced, high volume internal position. The role would suit someone highly organised, process driven and eager to provide a seamless candidate experience, from application through to onboarding.
This role will be cross functional, supporting multiple teams in a variety of locations. It’s a great opportunity for someone eager to join a tight-knit People team in a company that is driving meaningful change.
Responsibilities
- Conducting initial screenings, organising interview panels, liaising with stakeholders to ensure a structured selection process, and maintaining communication with candidates throughout
- Ensure timely coordination of interviews by managing scheduling logistics, aligning availability of hiring managers and candidates, and facilitating seamless interview processes
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates, offering support and guidance throughout the hiring process
- Produce weekly and monthly recruitment reporting, tracking entire function to share insights and recommendations to the people team & hiring managers.
- Own our direct, go to market process, and post job openings on various platforms and maintain updated job descriptions.
- Maintain our applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Provide administrative support for recruitment processes as needed, including documentation, system updates, and coordination of hiring activities.
What you'll bring
- 3+ years proven experience as a Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Coordinator or Specialist or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Highly detail oriented, with strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- Ability to generate, analyse, and maintain data-driven reports and presentations to effectively communicate insights to management.
- You'll need to be an excellent communicator, capable of conveying clear and concise messages while collaborating effectively across multiple markets and time zones.
- Comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work autonomously and without direction.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
