Your Earnings
- Base Salary: PHP 30,000 - 45,000 per month. A higher starting salary is possible for candidates who demonstrate strong potential or have relevant experience.
- Commission: Uncapped. Our top-performing sales executives earn over PHP 100,000 per month from commission alone. Your performance directly determines your income.
- Allowances: Travel and other work-related allowances are provided.
The Role (What You Will Do)
Your main job is to meet new customers and manage the entire sales process from start to finish. This is a role with full ownership, ideal for someone who wants to learn the whole business.
- You will connect with potential new customers (restaurants, cafes, retail shops) in Metro Manila.
- You will meet with business owners, understand their needs, and show them how StoreHub's technology can solve their problems through product demonstrations and presentations.
- You will be responsible for negotiating terms and closing deals.
- You will help your new clients get started and stay in touch to ensure they are successful, which leads to more growth opportunities.

- Experience (Advantageous but not required for driven, fast learners):
- 2 to 5 years of experience in sales, particularly roles involving lead generation, cold calls, and closing deals in fast cycles.
- Prior success in winning SME or F&B businesses is a major plus.
- Experience in the insurance industry is also an advantage.
- Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce or Aircall is a bonus.
- Requirements:
- You must be willing to work onsite in Makati and travel within Metro Manila for client visits.
