Curated exclusively for her, we bring together the best in clothing, footwear, accessories and lifestyle beauty, inspiring confidence through thoughtfully curated product, expert styling and meaningful customer experiences.Together, our brands celebrate style in different ways, but always with women at the centre of everything we do.The OpportunityWe're looking for an inspiring retail leader to oversee a portfolio of stores across both Nude Lucy and Stylerunner.This is a unique opportunity to lead across two brands with distinct personalities while building one high-performing retail culture centred around exceptional customer experiences, commercial excellence and passionate people.As Vertical Brand Area Manager, you'll coach and develop Store Managers to create stores that feel welcoming, inspiring and beautifully executed. You'll understand that every interaction matters, whether that's delivering incredible service, mentoring your team or bringing each brand's unique identity to life through product, storytelling and visual merchandising.Working closely with Retail, VM, Planning and Support Office teams, you'll drive operational excellence, identify opportunities for growth and continually look for smarter ways of working, allowing teams to spend more time doing what matters most, connecting with customers.What You’ll DoLead & Develop People Inspire, coach and develop high-performing Store Managers and teams.Build a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous growth.Recruit and nurture talent, creating strong succession across your region. Champion the Customer Create exceptional customer experiences that reflect the unique identity of each brand.Empower teams to build genuine customer relationships through styling, service and product expertise.Foster a customer-first culture that drives loyalty and community. Drive Commercial Success Deliver sales, profitability and productivity through strong commercial leadership.Identify opportunities to improve performance using data, customer insights and operational efficiencies.Partner with cross-functional teams to maximise sales opportunities and execute key initiatives. Bring the Brands to Life Ensure every store consistently reflects the highest standards of presentation and visual merchandising.Execute campaigns, launches and seasonal storytelling with excellence.Maintain operational standards across rostering, compliance, stock management and store processes.
