SuperCom's IoT division is seeking an enthusiastic, collaborative, and highly motivated Delivery Manager to join our team.

The position includes:

  • Delivery and Deployment management – work closely with project and Dev teams to plan new deployments, both for new and current customers, and ensure deployments are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest quality.
  • Establish and monitor deployment programs, including software implementations and hardware deliveries.
  • Hardware configuration and tests – you will own the configuration process of all the company’s products, ensuring configuration procedures are valid and executed according to best practices and norms.
  • Work closely with our Operation division to monitor Hardware supplies.
  • Work with our Partners and Subcontractors to ensure on-site deployments., according to project scope and deadlines.
  • Release management – own the release process end-to-end and orchestrate all activities from all departments to ensure the new version is released on time with the highest quality. Work closely with the Product team to prepare the release scope, engage with the customers to communicate and approve, and establish the implementation programs for each customer/project.


  • At least 5 years of experience as a delivery manager (MUST), preferably from hardware and software companies, in global large-scale projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in systems/HW deployment and implementations.
  • Proven experience in delivery and deployment planning in an agile environment.
  • Proven experience in establishing project plans ground up, from scratch.
  • Ability to transform contract requirements into project scope and HW demands.
  • Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Monday, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with tech support tools like Jira Service Desk and Confluence, or similar CRM platforms.
  • High proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in SQL querying.
  • Experience with partner/subcontractors management.
  • Experience in supply chain management or other import/export activities.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
