The position includes:

• Working on SuperCom’s next-generation products – from concept to execution.
• Contributing to our mission of delivering the most innovative solutions in the electronic monitoring domain.
• Partnering with the Scrum Master and engineering leads to support agile processes such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Writing clear and detailed product requirements – from high-level concepts to granular user stories.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (development, QA, sales, stakeholders) for seamless delivery.
• Ensuring alignment on sprint goals, tracking progress, and addressing blockers with cross-functional teams.
• Fostering a productive and communicative team environment.
• Communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Balancing strong technical insight with business understanding to guide product decisions.

• BA/BSC in Computer Science or related Engineering field.
• 3 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Experience with mobile and web application products.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in agile development methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience with multi-disciplinary products – an advantage.
• Experience in IoT domain– an advantage.
