The Sr. Specialist, Procurement & Facility Management is responsible for managing the procurement of goods and services, as well as overseeing the effective operation and maintenance of company facilities. This role ensures cost-effective purchasing and smooth facility management to support organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company objectives and budgetary constraints.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
  • Oversee facility management, including maintenance, space planning, and safety protocols.
  • Monitor inventory and supply chain processes to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
  • Track and analyze procurement and facility management KPIs to optimize performance and reduce costs.
