Responsibilities:
1. Communicate with potential customers and guide them through the car buying process.
2. Provide detailed information about the features and characteristics of finance used cars.
3. Assist customers in completing the necessary steps for financing and completing the purchase process.
4. Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information about finance used cars.
5. Coordinate test drives and inspections for interested customers.
6. Collect and manage all required documents for financing and sale procedures.
7. Negotiate car prices and financing terms with customers.
8. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth financing and payment processes.
9. Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction.
