Merchandising & Campaigns specialist
The Merchandising & Campaigns Specialist plans and executes seasonal and tactical campaigns, manages the event calendar, coordinates internal stakeholders, and oversees creative assets to ensure high-quality, brand-aligned execution across all channels.


Key Responsibilities:


a) Merchandising & Campaigns

  • Own the event calendar (seasonal and tactical campaigns).
  • Coordinate with copywriters, designers, and performance teams to ensure the timely rollout of campaign materials.\
  • Manage homepage, internal page banners, and all internal marketing spaces.
  • Ensure campaign alignment across channels and touchpoints.

b) Deal Management

  • Request and collect deals /promotions from relevant departments.
  • Review deal mechanics to ensure they meet marketing and commercial requirements.
  • Track deal performance, collaborating with the marketing analytics team to measure success and optimize future campaigns.

c) Content & Design Oversight

  • Lead the creation of local language/content, ensuring relevance to target audiences.
  • Manage and direct the designer in creating assets, including banners, short-form videos, reels, and motion graphics.
  • Approve and ensure quality, consistency, and brand alignment across all creative outputs.
  1. 3+ years of experience in merchandising, trade marketing, or campaign management roles.
  2. Proven ability to manage campaign/event calendars and coordinate across multiple departments.
  3. Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail and deadlines.
  4. Expert with marketing analytics and using performance data to improve campaigns.
  5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
