Retention & Growth specialist


The Retention & Growth Specialist manages customer retention, lifecycle marketing, loyalty, and referral programs while overseeing analytics and MarTech tools to drive growth and engagement across channels.
Reports to: Marketing Director

Key Responsibilities:

A) Analytics & MarTech

  • Manage and optimize marketing tech tools, dashboards, tags, pixels, and reports.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for BI, product, and tech teams to align on data requirements.
  • Define KPIs and reporting cadence in partnership with BI.

B) CRM & Lifecycle

  • Plan and execute push, in-app messaging, email campaigns, and automated journeys.
  • Manage customer retention and re-engagement programs.
  • Oversee customer engagement platforms, including Storyly and MoEngage.

C) Loyalty & Referral Programs

  • Design, implement, and optimize loyalty and referral programs.
  • Track performance, analyze results, and propose improvements to drive growth.
  1. 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, CRM, or retention roles.
  2. Familiarity with marketing analytics, MarTech tools, and attribution platforms.
  3. Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  4. Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
