Key Responsibilities:
- Review the budget on a periodic basis, make adjustments considering current financial and non-financial factors, and develop a revised forecast.
- Liaise with other departments to define annual budgets and plans and streamlining assumptions
- Provide required analysis and financial models for assessing capital structure
- Provide investor due diligence support
- Maintain company legal documentation and ensure renewal and upkeep
- Coordinate with relevant external stakeholders for fulfilling the statutory compliances relating to tax bodies, ministries, and banks.
- Conduct periodic cost performance analyses to identify cost trends, reveal logical insights, and provide recommendations to support management decisions.
- Provide investment appraisals and scenario planning.
- Prepare and control required financial and operational forecasts and provide clear insights to management.
- Review information packs and communicate to investors periodically.
- Provide support on investors requirements and queries.
- Ensure compliance with tax requirements and tax filing requirements in Jordan
- Ensure compliance with tax requirements and tax filing requirements in BVI
- Ensure compliance with other requirements with government entities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Review budgetary manpower requests and provide guidance.
- Develop strategic and operational plans and associated budget for the business unit in line with strategic directions.
- Ensure compliance with tax requirements and tax filing requirements in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Coordinate with relevant external stakeholders for fulfilling the statutory compliances relating to the Zakat Submission and Audit.
Key Accountabilities
- Monthly reporting pack submission on deadline.
- Compliance certificates, forms, information submission on deadlines.
- Budget management and reporting on timely manner. SBU reporting and liason.
- Board and investor pack submission and answering queries.
- Annual Income Tax, Zakat, WHT and VAT data shared within deadline.
- Complete Due Diligence assignments on deadline Dashboards and reports accuracy and timely availability
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or is Finance required.
- 10 years or more of relevant experience is required. (3 years in transaction advisory services with leading consultancy firms)
- CPA, CMA, ACCA or equivalent
