About the Role:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Pricing Analyst to join our rapidly growing used automotive business in Riyadh. In this role, you will support the Pricing Manager in developing and executing pricing strategies for both vehicle procurement (from fleets and individuals) and sales (via auction and the company website). You will play a key role in analyzing market data, monitoring pricing performance, and providing actionable insights to optimize profitability, sales volume, and market competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pricing Support & Data Analysis
- Assist the Pricing Manager in developing and maintaining pricing models for vehicle procurement and sales.
- Analyze internal data, including historical sales, inventory levels, and vehicle condition reports.
- Research external market data such as competitor pricing, depreciation trends, and consumer demand to support pricing recommendations.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular reports to the Pricing Manager.
- Identify opportunities to optimize pricing for different sales channels, including company website and B2B auctions.
- Market Research & Reporting
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to support strategic pricing decisions.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and summaries to provide insights on pricing performance and trends.
- Assist in refining data sources and tools used for pricing analysis to improve accuracy and responsiveness.
- Collaboration & Operational Support
- Work closely with Sales, Sourcing, and Operations teams to ensure pricing decisions align with business objectives.
- Support daily pricing operations, including data extraction, model updates, and pricing adjustments.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of pricing processes and methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in Excel and/or data analysis tools; experience with BI tools is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Prior experience in pricing, finance, or the automotive industry is a plus but not required.
