We are looking for a Group Product Manager / Principal Product Manager to partner closely with the Director of Product in leading and scaling Syarah’s product organization.

This role is responsible for owning product strategy across multiple domains, mentoring Product Managers, and driving execution excellence across squads. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with strong leadership, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Leadership & Strategy

  • Partner with the Director of Product to shape and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Translate company OKRs into clear product initiatives and outcomes
  • Ensure alignment across domains (Discovery, Conversion, Finance, Individual Sourcing, Auctions, CX, etc.)
  • Drive impact-based prioritization (business value, user value, and delivery effort)

2. PM Management & Coaching

  • Lead, coach, and mentor 6 Product Managers
  • Raise the bar on product thinking, discovery quality, and execution
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and growth plans
  • Establish best practices for:
    • Discovery & experimentation
    • PRDs & problem statements
    • Metrics & success criteria
    • Stakeholder communication

3. Execution & Delivery Excellence

  • Own cross-squad dependencies and unblock teams
  • Ensure high-quality delivery across sprints and releases
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, BI, Marketing, Finance, and Operations
  • Act as an escalation point for complex product decisions

4. Data & Impact Ownership

  • Ensure all initiatives are measurable and outcome-driven
  • Review funnels, dashboards, and experiments with PMs
  • Push teams to focus on conversion, efficiency, and revenue impact
  • Balance speed with long-term product quality

5. Stakeholder Management

  • Represent Product in leadership discussions when needed
  • Communicate clearly with executives and cross-functional leaders
  • Align internal teams with external partners and third-party integrations
  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management
  • Proven experience managing multiple PMs or leading complex product areas
  • Strong background in consumer products, marketplaces, or e-commerce
  • Excellent product sense, prioritization, and decision-making skills
  • Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using analytics tools
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
