Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies, procedures, and culture.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and departments to gather necessary paperwork and documentation for new employee setup.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and training materials for various HR-related topics.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Support employee offboarding processes, including exit interviews, final settlements, and the return of company assets.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to employees on HR-related matters, including benefits, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR initiatives and programs.
  • Stay up-to-date with HR trends, best practices, and employment laws to ensure compliance.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of HR policies, procedures, and systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 3+ years of HR experience, specifically in onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver presentations effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HRIS software.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
