We are hiring for a Partner & Community Marketing specialist.

As a Partner & Community Manager at Tabby, you will be responsible for managing and engaging with our merchants and our channel partners. You will play a crucial role in building a sense of ambassadorship among our merchants and prevent attrition. You will also be responsible for building our the relationships with our channel partners and their marketing teams, creating co-campaigns and content to drive the number of merchant leads.

Location: Riyadh, KSA

You’ll be working in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment with the following responsibilities:

  • Merchant community:
    • Proactively engage with our existing merchants to build a sense of ambassadorship and loyalty.
    • Create and organise both digital and in-person events for our merchants.
    • Together with our merchant content manager, create digital content that helps our merchants.
    • Create and manage a rewards program for our merchants.
  • Channel partner marketing:
    • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with our channel partners and their marketing teams.
    • Collaborate with channel partners to create co-campaigns and promotional activities that drive merchant leads and revenue.
    • Provide channel partners with the necessary support and resources to maximise their partnership with Tabby.
    • Manage the channel partner marketplace, where merchants can find our partners to help them grow their business.

We expect that you:

  • Proven experience in partner management, community building, or a related role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • 2+ years of experience in community management, or related roles, preferably with a B2B perspective.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
