We are hiring for Senior QA Automation Engineer to join one of our Marketplace Teams! In this role, you'll be an integral part of our fullstack development team, ensuring that our product meets the highest standards of quality. You'll thrive in our fast-paced, ever-evolving environment, utilizing your expertise to implement robust QA processes.
You’ll be working in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment with the following responsibilities:
- Implement and refine QA processes within the development team, leveraging company tools such as golang, kotlin, swift, gitlab, qase.io, and jira.
- Conduct comprehensive functional and non-functional testing to uncover potential issues and ensure seamless product performance.
- Develop and maintain automated tests in alignment with the testing pyramid, ensuring efficient and effective testing coverage.
What we expect
- Proven experience in testing and automating both APIs and clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of best practices in manual and automated testing.
- A product-oriented approach to QA, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on delivering a flawless user experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in the role of "QA Automation," showcasing expertise in building and executing automated testing suites.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as golang, kotlin, python, or java (golang and kotlin preferred), allowing you to create robust and efficient automation scripts.
- Proficient in comprehending the architecture and design of complex systems and adept at effectively working with their components.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines in any form, indicating your ability to integrate automated testing seamlessly into our development workflows.
- Fluent English.
Bonus Skills
- Experience with multiple programming languages (single language proficiency is acceptable, but multiple languages are a bonus).
- Experince in mobile app automation using tools like XCUITest, Espresso, Appium or similar
- Prior experience in load testing, showcasing your ability to evaluate system performance under various conditions.
- A relevant educational background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker, demonstrating an understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies.
