The Role:

As a Card Portfolio Exec/Manager at Tabby, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our BNPL card portfolio. Your primary focus will be developing strategies to drive customer acquisition, enhance customer engagement, and maximize profitability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, risk management, and product development, to execute Tabby Card initiatives and ensure the success of our portfolio. This role requires a strong understanding of Tabby Card products, market trends, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities:

Portfolio Management:

  • Monitor the performance of the card portfolio, including key metrics such as activation rates, usage, delinquency, and profitability.
  • Analyze portfolio data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer acquisition, improve customer retention, and enhance portfolio profitability.
  • Collaborate with risk management teams to ensure appropriate credit underwriting standards and risk mitigation practices are in place.

Product Development:

  • Work closely with product development teams to define and enhance Tabby card product features and benefits.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences and use insights to drive product enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new card products and features, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and market demand.

Marketing and Acquisition:

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute customer acquisition strategies.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns, targeting the right customer segments and channels.
  • Monitor and analyze customer acquisition performance, making recommendations for campaign improvements and enhancements.

Customer Engagement and Retention:

  • Develop and execute customer engagement initiatives to drive cardholder activation, usage, and loyalty.
  • Implement customer retention strategies, such as loyalty programs, personalized offers, and proactive customer service.
  • Leverage data analytics to segment customers and develop targeted marketing and engagement campaigns.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare regular reports on portfolio performance, presenting key metrics, trends, and insights to senior management.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including forecasting, pricing analysis, and profitability modelling.
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to identify potential risks and opportunities.

You should apply if you have:

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in Card portfolio management within the financial services industry at a fintech or local bank
  • Strong knowledge of Tabby Card products, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • An analytical mindset with proficiency in financial analysis and data-driven decision-making.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with fintech industry trends and innovations.
