About the role:

This is an entry-level/junior role. Candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.


The UAE In-store success team at Tabby manages the performance of Tabby’s +30k in-store partners, ensuring existing partners are performing up to their maximum potential as well as adding new partners to the network.

The candidate we are hiring will be focusing on ensuring that our current network of merchants is performing well and will be implementing current and new strategies to ensure a healthy sustainable growth for the merchants. This role will be an operations role within the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visiting our current network of merchants to ensure the in-store strategy is successfully implemented
  • Reporting the visits to ensure all relevant stakeholders have full visibility over the current state of in-store merchants
  • Training new and existing merchant partners to ensure they have the full knowledge prior to selling with Tabby
  • Align between teams to ensure all needed actions are taken

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Prior on-ground, retail operations experience - 1 to 2 years, preferably in Retail or Fintech
  • Driving license and personal car
  • English is a requirement
  • Arabic is a requirement
  • Able to read, understand, and create useful dashboards with useful data
