About the role


Tabby is looking for a Comarketing Manager to lead strategic growth across a portfolio of high-value merchants and digital agencies. This is role blends campaign strategy, partner development, and cross functional collaboration - all designed to drive measurable outcomes across owned and paid channels.


You’ll be responsible for co-marketing plans across your portfolio, supporting acquisition, retention, and upsell. You’ll also grow Tabby’s agency relationships - helping agencies unlock new performance opportunities and build long-term, scalable partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

What you’ll be doing

Merchant & agency strategy

  • Lead comarketing strategy for your portfolio of merchants and media agencies
  • Manage end-to-end partner communication - from planning and launch to reporting and performance reviews
  • Build long-term agency relationships that support scalable, high-performing campaign execution
  • Support onboarding and enablement of new agency partners to integrate with Tabby Ads

Campaign performance and growth

  • Monitor campaign and pipeline health using internal dashboards and tools
  • Analyze performance and deliver clear, data-backed recommendations to improve ROAS and increase investment
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Tabby Ads surfaces
  • Ensure seamless campaign delivery across app, push, email, and WhatsApp in collaboration with internal teams

Cross-functional collaboration

  • Work closely with Ad Ops, Product, and Brand Studio teams to align on campaign goals and execution
  • Share partner feedback and insights to improve internal workflows and influence product development

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

What you’ll need

  • 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, agency partnerships, or ad sales
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Proven ability to manage advertisers or agencies, deliver performance outcomes, and drive commercial growth
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and digital campaign strategy
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills - you love keeping things on track
  • Comfortable using dashboards, attribution tools, and performance data to guide decisions

Nice to have

  • Experience using Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Snap Ads, or Google Ads
  • Exposure to affiliate, retail media, or performance-led fintech campaigns
  • Familiarity with the MENA agency ecosystem
