Role Overview:
The People Experience Specialist is responsible for owning and driving HR operational processes across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with labor and social insurance laws while continuously enhancing efficiency and employee experience. This role acts as a subject matter expert on HR operations, leading process improvements, and partnering closely with internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless and compliant people experience.

Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end execution of core HR operational processes including onboarding, contract management, and employee lifecycle changes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current workflows, propose solutions, and implement process enhancements to improve scalability and the employee experience.
- Ensure full compliance with Egyptian labor law and social insurance requirements (including managing Form 1, renewals, and audits). Act as a point of reference for complex cases and advise stakeholders accordingly.
- Oversee the full medical insurance cycle including employee/dependent enrollments, claims handling, policy renewals, and maintaining a strong relationship with the insurance provider.
- Maintain and audit HR systems and employee records, ensuring integrity and confidentiality of data. Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making and management insights.
- Oversee the tracking and accuracy of leave balances, ensuring correct application of policies and addressing escalated queries.
- Act as the primary liaison with internal functions (Payroll, Operations, IT, etc.) to ensure alignment and smooth execution of HR-related processes.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members, helping to build knowledge and consistency within the team.
- Contribute to HR projects such as audits, policy rollouts, HR system upgrades, or data accuracy initiatives.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of progressive HR experience, with solid expertise in HR operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (HR certification is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, social insurance regulations, and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to manage complex HR operational cases independently and with sound judgment.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to improve processes and contribute to team effectiveness.
- Proficiency in HR systems and tools; strong data analysis and reporting skills are an advantage.
