About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Lead to scale and own hiring across our KSA operations. You’ll be the go-to partner for business leaders, someone who knows the Saudi talent market inside out, has a strong network, and can design and run strategies that actually deliver results.


This is a role for someone who thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments, is comfortable with data, and knows how to balance stakeholder needs, candidate experience, and process excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Strategy & Attraction - Build and run hiring strategies for KSA, tapping into your network, market knowledge, and working closely with SAMA. You’ll also drive our employer brand by leading events, job fairs, and university partnerships.
  • Process & Delivery - Streamline how we hire, setting up processes and tools that drive efficiency, and keep us on top of key hiring metrics.
  • Stakeholder & Candidate Partnership - Be a trusted advisor to business leaders while giving candidates a respectful and transparent experience throughout.
  • Leadership & Coaching - Provide day-to-day support and coaching to a TA associate, building capability while working closely together.
  • Data & Reporting - Own the numbers. Track, report, and use data to influence decisions and keep improving how we hire.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Fluent in English & Arabic, with strong knowledge of the Saudi market and an active network
  • Experience working with SAMA and other regulators
  • Proven ability to run employer branding initiatives (events, job fairs, university partnerships)
  • Exceptional stakeholder and candidate management, with a hands-on approach in fast-paced environments
  • Data-driven mindset, comfortable owning metrics, dashboards, and mentoring junior TA team members
