As a Senior Risk Manager at Tabby, you’ll play a key role in strengthening our risk framework and ensuring proactive management of key risks across our KSA operations.

You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact business performance, customer trust, or regulatory compliance. This is a strategic position that combines hands-on execution with leadership and influence, contributing directly to Tabby’s sustainable growth in a fast-moving fintech landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and enhance risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures aligned with Tabby’s strategic objectives.
  • Continuously monitor risk exposures across business units and ensure appropriate mitigation actions are taken.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments, control reviews, and scenario analyses to evaluate potential threats to operations and business strategy.
  • Deliver actionable insights and reports on Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to senior management and the Board.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to embed risk practices into decision-making, ensuring risks are properly identified, measured, and controlled.
  • Maintain the enterprise risk register and support the development of the organization’s risk appetite statement.
  • Stay abreast of regulatory changes, emerging risks, and industry trends to ensure proactive risk management.
  • Support audits, regulatory examinations, and compliance initiatives related to risk.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to building a strong risk-aware culture throughout the organization.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 5+ years of experience in risk management, specifically credit risk, within fintech, banking, or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of risk frameworks, regulatory requirements, and governance practices in Saudi Arabia.
  • Proven experience conducting enterprise-wide risk assessments and developing risk mitigation strategies.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Solid analytical mindset with experience working with risk reporting tools and methodologies.
