As a Senior Risk Manager at Tabby, you’ll play a key role in strengthening our risk framework and ensuring proactive management of key risks across our KSA operations.

You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact business performance, customer trust, or regulatory compliance. This is a strategic position that combines hands-on execution with leadership and influence, contributing directly to Tabby’s sustainable growth in a fast-moving fintech landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and enhance risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures aligned with Tabby’s strategic objectives.
Continuously monitor risk exposures across business units and ensure appropriate mitigation actions are taken.
Conduct regular risk assessments, control reviews, and scenario analyses to evaluate potential threats to operations and business strategy.
Deliver actionable insights and reports on Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to senior management and the Board.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to embed risk practices into decision-making, ensuring risks are properly identified, measured, and controlled.
Maintain the enterprise risk register and support the development of the organization’s risk appetite statement.
Stay abreast of regulatory changes, emerging risks, and industry trends to ensure proactive risk management.
Support audits, regulatory examinations, and compliance initiatives related to risk.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to building a strong risk-aware culture throughout the organization.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

5+ years of experience in risk management, specifically credit risk, within fintech, banking, or financial services.
Strong knowledge of risk frameworks, regulatory requirements, and governance practices in Saudi Arabia.
Proven experience conducting enterprise-wide risk assessments and developing risk mitigation strategies.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
Solid analytical mindset with experience working with risk reporting tools and methodologies.
