Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Portfolio Mastery: Drive the commercial roadmap for Tabby’s most significant KSA merchants. Identify untapped revenue streams and execute high-level expansion strategies that align merchant business models with Tabby’s evolving product suite.
- Executive-Level Alliances: Cultivate deep, trust-based partnerships with C-suite stakeholders and decision-makers. Serve as a consultant who provides macro-market insights, ensuring Tabby is positioned as a long-term strategic asset rather than just a payment provider.
- Operational & Project Architecture: Own the design and execution of cross-functional projects across Product, Marketing, and Tech. You won't just participate; you will optimize the frameworks that improve merchant onboarding, retention, and lifecycle management.
- Predictive Analytics & Storytelling: Leverage advanced data sets to build predictive models for account performance. You will lead high-impact Business Reviews (QBRs), translating raw metrics into compelling narratives that drive merchant ROI and preemptive churn mitigation.
- Mentorship & Team Scaling: As a senior member of a pioneering KSA team, you will provide guidance and mentorship to Account Management Interns and Executives, helping to build a high-performance culture and standardized "best practices."
- High-Stakes Negotiation: Lead complex negotiations regarding contract renewals, specialized fee structures, and exclusive promotional partnerships to secure Tabby’s market share while maintaining merchant profitability.

- Commercial Expertise: A documented history of significantly growing high-value portfolios and exceeding complex KPIs.
- Advanced Analytical Rigor: Mastery in interpreting data and using visualization tools (Tableau/Looker) to drive commercial strategy.
- Influential Communication: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills in both Arabic and English, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
- Leadership Qualities: Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently and a passion for coaching/mentoring junior talent.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Deep expertise in the KSA retail and e-commerce landscape.
- Experience in process automation or building CRM workflows from scratch.
- Advanced technical knowledge of payment integrations and API-led products.
- A "builder" mindset—excited by the challenge of scaling a new team in a high-growth market.
