About the role
We are looking for a Head of Product located in the UAE to lead the development and growth of Tabby Shop, a marketplace designed to help Tabby users discover, track, and compare products from thousands of merchants across the Middle East. Tabby Shop already has 3M+ MAU and leverages ad-based monetization model with $15M+ annual revenue. Your goal will be to scale it sustainably – double the revenue over the next 2 years and improve user engagement & retention by enhancing and personalizing the shopping experience.

In this role, you will lead a team of 4 Senior PMs, 2 Operational teams and work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, marketing and legal teams to deliver a seamless and scalable digital experience for millions of customers.

What you will be doing

  • Own Tabby Shop as a business unit end-to-end – from strategy and P&L to product delivery and operations.
  • Lead, coach, and scale a team of Senior PMs; set high-quality bars, establish operating rituals, and grow future leaders.
  • Keep an ear to the ground on market trends, user behaviour, and competitors to keep us ahead of the game.
  • Drive an experimentation culture: define hypotheses, run A/B tests, and use causal methods to inform decisioning and incrementality.
  • Own the entire product lifecycle — from rare ideas to full-fledged e-commerce magic, being the glue between engineering, designers, marketing and legal making sure everyone’s on the same page
  • Set and track KPIs like a pro to track progress and measure improvements.

What you will need

  • 5+ years in product management with at least 2+ years leading other PMs as Head of Product or equivalent.
  • Strong e-commerce background with direct ownership of buyer and seller sides, managing products with millions MAU
  • Hands-on experience with Ads-based business model and its growth & optimization
  • Proven track record of managing complex product lifecycles and delivering successful products.
  • Fintech experience with payments or credit products is an advantage
  • Based in UAE or willing to relocate; fluent in English.
