JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Overview: The Senior Digital Sales Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and selling digital products focused on business and consumer intelligence and digital advertising solutions across apps, websites, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of digital sales channels, and a proven track record and experience in solution sales within media agencies, with an ability to craft effective media plans.

How will YOU contribute to the Team?

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives in business intelligence and digital advertising.
  • Manage and optimize the company's online sales channels, including apps, websites, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic and sales.
  • Monitor and analyze digital sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and agencies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains competitive in the digital sales landscape.
  • Develop and manage the digital sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Craft effective media plans tailored to client needs and business objectives.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Do YOU have what it takes to succeed?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in digital sales, with a proven track record of driving sales growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital sales channels, including e-commerce, social media, and online advertising.
  • Extensive experience in solution sales, specifically in business intelligence and digital advertising.
  • Strong agency connections and a deep understanding of how to craft media plans.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, and CRM software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
