WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Overview: Java Developer will use their technical expertise to research, recommend, design and implement web sites and applications. They will work with other developers to program based on coding standards, and to assure that all tasks and projects are completed with the highest quality.

How will YOU contribute to the Team?

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze technical and business requirements.

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable websites and
  applications.

• Lead by example: plan, delegate, and monitor tasks assigned to junior developers, ensuring alignment with project timelines and standards.

• Contribute to project success by providing support during critical phases, including occasional overtime when necessary.

• Participate in client meetings and coordinate with third-party vendors as required.

• Adhere to and advocate for established company processes, development standards, and best practices.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• A Bachelor degree in computer science or related field

• Qualified applicants will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience successfully implementing

• solutions in web-based applications using JAVA on Linux environments

• Strong knowledge/experiences on OOP, data structure and algorithm

• Strong understanding of SOA methodologies and service architectures

• Experience using web servers, application containers, caching technologies

• Knowledge on high-availability, high-scalability web applications

• JavaScript, HTML, DHTML, CSS, others JS frameworks (Nodejs, AngularJS, …) are a plus

• Other Technologies: Linux, Apache/Nginx, Web Services, TCP/IP, SVN…

• Detailed and focused on quality

• Must be self-motivated and able to achieve results

• Aptitude to learn quickly and work well within a team environment
