WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING
Overview: We are looking for a driven individual with experience in client servicing – preferably with experience in media strategy planning.
The Senior Account Executive works in lockstep with the Sales team and is responsible for campaign delivery, client servicing and project management with the goal of driving client satisfaction and retention.
HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM
Client Servicing and Campaign Management
- Work alongside the Sales team to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive client and revenue retention, and growth, serving as their main point of contact upon Sales closure
- Assist in the preparation of responses to briefs
- Develop and implement tailored media plans that align with our clients’ business objective to provide relevant, winning digital solutions
- Ownership of client communications on all aspects of client-related campaigns and materials, including post-campaign analysis, report and reviews
- Understand clients’ needs and objectives, to provide tailored, actionable recommendations and solutions based on data-driven analysis
- Manage campaign execution end-to-end in collaboration with internal teams such as Campaign Operations, Studio and Publisher/Supply teams.
- Proactively address clients’ concerns and troubleshoot campaign-related issues
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell SQREEM and TotallyAwesome products and services to existing clients
Supporting Tasks
- Create compelling market case studies from successful campaigns, to support upselling and new business pitches
- Support internal process / document updates that feed into clients’ communication materials
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- You have at least 2 years of work experience in Account Management / Client Servicing, background in Media Strategy, Media Planning or similar role preferred
- You are adaptable to working across time zones based on client regional needs and have an unstoppable ability to develop and maintain key relationships with clients - they should be your biggest fans!
- You’re insanely well-organised with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and a high level of attention to detail
- You think logically, even under pressure, and come up with innovative solutions to problems
- You’re analytical and have a great head for numbers
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Genuine curiosity about the advancements in AI technologies, with an eagerness to explore new concepts and innovations
