WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Overview:
This role has opened due to business growth and the need for additional support within the commercial team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow revenue in the Australian and New Zealand markets, working with both existing and new clients across media agencies and direct relationships.
- Oversee campaign delivery and project management, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
How will YOU contribute to the Team?
Campaign Management / Client Servicing
- Operating as the point of contact for your assigned agency and direct client contacts.
- Developing and maintaining
long term relationships with existing clients.
- Collaborating with the wider sales and trading team to respond to client requests in a timely manner and effectively servicing your client patch to ensure expectations are met.
- Manage campaign execution end-to-end in collaboration with internal teams such as Campaign Operations, Studio and Publisher/Supply teams.
- Identify campaign learnings and provide actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns
- Produce weekly and End of Campaign (EOC) report
- Work alongside members of the Account Management team as well as Sales team, if necessary, to provide solutions to optimise
clients’ spend and upsell
- Project manage the client portfolio: coordinating with internal departments across our teams in the APAC region
- You will work with Australia market and preferably need to follow Australia working hours
- Delivering a high level of strategic thinking/planning and customer service in order to facilitate the outlined responsibilities.
Supporting Tasks
- Assisting in the creation of market case studies
- Assisting in the creation of client-facing materials
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- You’re a self-starter, you can clearly demonstrate your ability to get things done without direct supervision and understand what it means to deliver excellence to clients.
- You have at least 1 years Advertising/ Marketing/ Media experience in digital media/marketing, with a good understanding of media planning and strategy, and some experience working with creative/production teams.
- You have an unstoppable ability to develop and maintain key relationships with clients - they should be your biggest fans!
- You’re insanely well-organised with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- You have highly developed project management skills and are able to work on multiple projects/campaigns simultaneously.
- You are able to work with different teams across multiple geographic regions and time zones.
- You’re extremely driven to learn and succeed in the digital media industry.
- You think logically, even under pressure, and come up with innovative solutions to problems.
- You’re analytical and have a great head for numbers.
- Excellent written and spoken English, and one additional Asian language (preferable, but not required).
- Genuine curiosity about the advancements in AI technologies, with an eagerness to explore new concepts and innovations.
