WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Overview:
We are looking for a highly driven Manager to lead, manage, and optimize TikTok and Meta campaigns across multiple markets primarily in southeast Asia. The role will focus on end-to-end campaign execution from strategy and setup to optimization and reporting while ensuring performance excellence and innovation in paid social activation.
How will YOU contribute to the Team?
- Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Lead planning, setup, and execution of paid social campaigns mainly across TikTok and Meta (Facebook, Instagram).
- Develop data-driven campaign strategies aligned with business and client objectives.
- Ensure accurate audience targeting, creative alignment, and optimization across all stages of the funnel.
- Performance Marketing experience
- Monitor campaign performance daily, identifying optimization opportunities to improve CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and engagement.
- Implement A/B testing frameworks for creatives, audience segments, and bidding strategies.
- Stay updated on TikTok and Meta platform updates, beta features, and emerging tools.
- Analytics & Reporting
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- 5–8 years of hands–on experience managing paid social campaigns across major platforms.
- Strong command of TikTok Ads & Meta Ads primarily. Experience on Google Ads/Youtube, LinkedIn & programmatic is not essential but would be an added advantage.
- Well versed with robust optimization strategies and tactics across platforms, optimizing both pricing & performance.
- Experience working with AI and data tools, automation, predictive modelling, or audience intelligence not essential but would be an added advantage
- Proven track record of hitting performance targets in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret complex data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Genuine curiosity about the advancements in AI technologies, with an eagerness to explore new concepts and innovations.
