WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Overview: We’re searching for a fresh graduate who is eager to start a finance/accounting career with an unconventional team. Willing-to-learn attitude, flexibility, and open communications are key success factors for this position. If you find yourself as described, we can’t wait to work with you!

How will YOU contribute to the Team?

• Perform bank reconciliations in a cloud-based accounting system (Xero)
• Verify and record vendor invoices received into the accounting system.
• Update weekly cash control files with latest and planned payments and collections.
• Review monthly reimbursement expenses and create reports to send for approval.
  
• Support other team members with monthly book closing.
• Organize and file documents (mostly e-docs) such as contracts and invoices.
• Coordinate with other teams such as Sales, Account Management, to send out sales contracts for signing.
• Complete vendor setup process for applicable new clients.
• This list is not exhaustive, and scope of work will be adapted to business needs.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or any other Business-related field
• No previous working experience required
• International exposure and/or mindset are a must-haves
• Excellent English writing and speaking skills
• Comfortable working with Excel
• Highly comfortable working in a constantly changing environment.
• Great attention to details, strong analytical skills
• Fast mover, take the lead to get things done, and love solving problems
