WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
How will YOU contribute to the Team?
Campaign Management
- Oversee day-to-day execution of digital advertising campaigns across display, video, mobile, and
- social platforms.
- Ensure timely campaign launches in alignment with required SLAs and within budget.
- Monitor ongoing performance and pacing using internal systems and tools.
- Data Analysis & Optimization
- Utilize analytics platforms to track campaign performance, identify trends, and derive actionable
- insights.
- Make data-driven optimizations to improve results and achieve key performance indicators
- (KPIs).
Reporting & Documentation
- Generate detailed campaign performance reports for internal stakeholders.
- Create and maintain custom campaign planning, management, and reporting documentation.
Budget Management
- Allocate campaign budgets effectively across channels and audiences to maximize return on
- investment (ROI).
- Contribute to trading decisions involving bidding and media buying strategies.
- Internal & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Support the trading team in driving performance, with the goal of increasing client ad spend and
- retention.
- Collaborate with TI business support teams on:
o Ad trafficking
o Pixel generation
o Creative screenshots
o Client reporting and insights
o General troubleshooting
Client Communication
- All client communications are facilitated through the Account Services team, who act as the
primary liaison.
Leadership & Team Management
- Provide day-to-day guidance and oversight to direct reports, supporting their development, reviewing campaign execution and optimization work, and ensuring alignment with trading best practices.
Other
- Take on additional responsibilities and ad-hoc initiatives, as and when required, in a fast-paced startup environment.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Proven experience in digital media trading, programmatic advertising, campaign management, or performance marketing.
- Platform experience required with META, Dv360 (or TTD), TikTok, Google Ads (preferred) / LinkedIn (preferred)
- Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, including display, video, mobile, social platforms, and programmatic buying.
- Hands-on experience with campaign setup, optimization, pacing, bidding strategies, and budget management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify performance trends, and translate insights into actionable optimizations.
- Experience using analytics, reporting, and campaign management platforms to monitor performance and deliver results against KPIs.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to timelines.
- Strong understanding of key digital advertising metrics (e.g., CTR, CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates) and performance drivers.
- Experience leading, mentoring, or supporting a trading team, with the ability to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot campaign delivery, tracking, and technical issues.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Account Services, Business Support, and Technical teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly to internal stakeholders.
- Proactive, data-driven, and commercially minded with a focus on improving campaign performance, client retention, and revenue growth.
- Experience in a fast-paced digital advertising environment is preferred.
