We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial General Manager or Managing Director to lead our operations in the United Kingdom. This position plays a crucial role in driving our business forward in the UK market.

Job Summary
As the Country Manager for TP24 UK, you will be responsible for establishing, managing,
and growing our presence in the UK. This position involves strategic planning, market
analysis, sales leadership, team management, and customer relationship management. The
role requires a deep understanding of the UK market, a proven track record in sales and
business development, and the ability to lead a team effectively.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market share
and revenue in the UK. Identify market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
2. Sales, Marketing, and Business Development: Lead and motivate the commercial team to achieve and exceed targets. Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and industry
Stakeholders such as banks and insurers.
3. Team Management and Development: Build and manage a high-performing team.
Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and performance.
4. Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and
effectiveness in all aspects of the business. Implement best practices and continuous
improvement processes.
5. Financial Management: Manage the P&L for the UK operation. Develop and manage
budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
6. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing
clients while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
7. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with local regulations and company
policies. Provide regular reports on performance, challenges, and market trends to senior
management. Experience working with regulators a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field. Masters Degree or MBA a plus.
- Minimum of 12 years experience in a commercial leadership role, preferably a similar industry.
- Proven track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the UK market and industry-specific trends.
- Existing relationships with brokers, lenders, and banks
- Ability to travel as required.
