About the Role
The Marketing Campaign Manager (HubSpot) at TracPlus is responsible for owning the
execution, coordination, and optimisation of marketing campaigns across HubSpot, digital,
and offline channels. This role ensures that campaigns are planned, built, launched, and
reported on with a high level of accuracy, consistency, and performance focus.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that turns marketing strategy, product messaging,
and campaign direction into live, measurable activity across email, website, blog, social and
offline channels.
In addition to campaign execution, this role owns the coordination of overall marketing work-
in-progress (WIP), ensuring that campaigns, creative outputs, events, and communications
are delivered in a structured, timely, and well-managed way.
This role works closely with the CMO, Product Marketing Manager, Ops, Sales, and external
creative partners to ensure marketing activity is aligned, prioritised, and effectively delivered.
Measures of Success
- Campaigns are executed accurately, efficiently, and on time across all channels.
- HubSpot is well structured, with clear segmentation, tracking, attribution, and
- reporting.
- Campaign performance is visible, measurable, and continuously improving.
- Sales teams are supported with timely, relevant campaigns and collateral.
- Marketing work is well coordinated, with clear visibility of priorities, timelines, and
- deliverables.
Shared Metrics
- Campaign execution speed and on-time delivery
- Campaign performance (engagement, conversion, and contribution to pipeline)
- HubSpot data quality (segmentation accuracy, tracking consistency, attribution
- clarity)
- Sales engagement with campaign outputs (usage of collateral, campaign alignment)
- Marketing delivery reliability (WIP visibility, stakeholder satisfaction, missed
- deadlines)
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Execution & HubSpot Ownership
Own end-to-end execution of campaigns within HubSpot, including:
- Email marketing
- Blog publishing
- Landing pages and CTAs
- Campaign setup and structure
- Audience segmentation and workflows
Ensure campaigns are correctly configured with metadata, tracking, attribution, and
reporting.
Build and maintain campaign structures that support clear performance visibility.
Execute customer and internal communications, including newsletters and campaign
updates.
2. Content Assembly & Deployment
- Create, assemble, and publish campaign content across channels.
- Contribute to copywriting where needed and refine content provided by others.
- Ensure content aligns with campaign objectives and brand standards.
- Apply strong visual judgment when preparing assets, presentations, and documents.
3. Campaign Reporting & Optimisation
- Track campaign performance across HubSpot and related platforms.
- Maintain reporting dashboards and campaign-level insights.
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion, and campaign efficiency.
- Ensure learnings are applied to future campaign execution.
4. Marketing Operations & Data Management
Maintain high standards across:
- Contact segmentation and lists
- Campaign tracking and attribution
- Workflow setup and automation
Ensure HubSpot is clean, structured, and scalable.
Oversee management of marketing assets, including campaign materials and image
libraries.
5. Marketing Coordination & Production
- Own marketing work-in-progress (WIP) and campaign coordination across the team.
- Coordinate timelines, inputs, and deliverables across campaigns and creative
- workstreams.
- Support delivery of marketing activity outside HubSpot, including:
-International events
-Print publications
-PR and communications
Ensure all marketing outputs are delivered in a structured and well-managed way.
6. Creative & Asset Coordination
- Brief and coordinate external creative resources where needed.
- Support development and refinement of campaign assets and sales materials.
- Ensure assets are delivered on time and meet required quality standards.
7. Sales & Stakeholder Support
- Work closely with Sales to ensure campaigns and materials support their needs.
- Provide timely campaign outputs, communications, and collateral.
- Maintain alignment between marketing activity and sales priorities.
Qualifications & Experience
Required
- 4–7 years’ experience in B2B marketing or campaign execution roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot (campaigns, segmentation, workflows,
- reporting).
- Experience executing multi-channel campaigns (email, blog, social, web, and offline).
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Copywriting and content editing capability.
Preferred
- Experience in Aerial Firefighting, aviation, emergency services, or similar industries.
- Experience supporting events or trade shows.
- Familiarity with marketing attribution, CRO, SEO, or AI-supported optimisation.
- Ability to work with and edit design files and visual assets to a high standard.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, global environment.
