Role Description

Trax Group provides cloud-based solutions and services to automate and manage freight invoice auditing and payment processing for buyers and sellers of logistics services. The Trax platform enables companies to optimize supply chain performance through greater visibility into their logistics ecosystem and predictive analytics based on over 1 billion logistics transactions from all industries, modes and countries. Trax operates on a global scale with offices in the U.S., Latin America, Asia, and Europe.

The Audit Shared Services team ensures that Trax completes Duplicate, Compliance and Service audit as stipulated on client contracts. The team assists other operational functions by managing Client and/or Logistics Service Provider communication and raising requests and reporting audit output using defined procedures.

The Audit Shared Services Auditor, reports directly to Audit Shared Services Supervisor, would be responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of activities plotted in the train schedule. Working directly with Logistics Service Providers and/or Clients, Logistics Data Analysts and other Trax teams, this role requires both strong communication and strong analysis skills as you focus on service delivery and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Quickly develops a deep understanding of assigned Logistics Service Providers and Client processes, and how these are met within the Trax system.
  • Provides quality Duplicate, Compliance and Service Audit analysis and coordinates with the Logistics Data Analysts, Logistics Service Providers and/or Clients on issues and disputes
  • Accountable for the accurate and timely delivery of analysis and reports
  • Schedule meetings/calls with Clients and/or Logistics Service Providers as necessary for issue resolution
  • Identifies root cause of issues and works with other teams to resolve, decreasing manual intervention and increasing automation.
  • Monitors SLAs and Cycle Times to ensure that actions and reports are delivered on-time and invoices are paid in a timely fashion.
  • Acts as one team, supporting other team members, actively seeking and providing feedback, participating in regular coaching and development, and building a strong team culture.
  • Proactively identifies risks or process gaps to the Shared Services Supervisor, ensuring that mitigation plans are in place, working to resolve or escalate issues a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Should be a graduate of any 4-year/5-year course
  • Should be excellent in written and oral English skills
  • Should be willing to be assigned in the EMEA shift (3:00pm-12:00mn, PH time) or other shifts as deemed necessary
  • Should have intermediate knowledge and exposure to Excel
  • Should have excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Should be comfortable with data analysis to find patterns and meaning in information and can turn facts and figures into a meaningful story for the customer.
  • Should want to gain real world experience in the logistics and supply chain industry to develop your business analytics skills.
  • Should be independent problem solver and like to get to the root of the issue
