Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Developer to join our dynamic, international team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both user experience design and visual design, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating seamless and engaging user interfaces. You will work closely with our Product Management and Development teams to design, develop, and improve our software products.

Responsibilities:

• Work with agile scrum teams on a SaaS product creating user interfaces that are visually appealing, intuitive, and user-friendly.

• Collaborate with Product Management to understand user needs, business objectives, and product requirements.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas and concepts.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.

• Work closely with developers to ensure the implementation of designs is consistent with the vision.

• Maintain design systems and ensure a consistent look and feel across all products.

• Host design reviews and incorporate feedback into designs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in UI/UX design and development.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or similar.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams including Product Management and Development.

• Excellent visual design skills with a focus on fit and finish.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
